Why I Started Psychology
Counseling
The effects of habits like working too many hours in the office, eating unhealthy comfort foods, not exercising enough, drinking on weeknights and not sleeping enough combine to create one much bigger problem: a Hemorrhagic stroke at only 35 years old.
This could create a vicious cycle to anyone which could have a significant long-term impact on your mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re a student or an experienced career professional, if you’re trying hard to find the answers to your questions, you’re not alone!
It’s the most common work-life issue that I help clients address. My professional life to date has been uniquely varied and it is precisely because of my varied expertise, career and life transitions and experiences that I am able to empathically understand you, my dear client.

My Story
I am a passionate and professionally accredited Coach and Psychologist who supports a wide variety of individuals adults, executives and leaders to find the balance, clarity, confidence, freedom and direction needed to spark both within their careers and their personal lives.
I know that counseling psychology is a major investment you make in yourself. To get the most out of your investment, I have to be flexible so that you can align your time, energy and financial resources and fully reap the rewards of your commitment. Working with clients at every level I’ve designed the coaching and counseling sessions and packages that make it simple and affordable for you to work with me.

Within 2 hours we’ll be able to focus and work through one mini career or personal theme of your choice. From there, you’ll be able to review what you’ve gained, what you want from coaching, if coaching is right for you and if you’d like to continue to invest in your career, wellbeing and personal life/relationships further.

If you’re new to coaching and you’re not sure how coaching with myself could support you, or you’d like to know what it’s like to work with me then this is a great starter package.
Within these sessions you are welcome to either work with a power plan of action which focuses on one overall aspect or a few mini themes from your personal life or career or you can choose to work more naturally on a session to session basis and see what emerges.
